Gala Corina: 2004
ser Libre was our 2004 event that took place at the historic Badcock building in downtown Tampa—another first for the group. We continued to exhibit a large breadth of creative talent and draw a large crowd to our opening night.
This show also featured two new components: a film festival and an architectural design competition. The response to these events was very positive and has helped us forge the desire to continue incorporating new types of events.
The press was extremely kind to us and picked up on several facets of this event to help us promote our cause. Their support was critical in gaining the attention and support of the local community. As large as Milagro was, this event was an even larger production.
